First Advantage is seeking an Associate Operations Specialist to manage background checks and support services across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with clients, candidates, and third-party providers to ensure timely, accurate results while maintaining privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to data compliance.
• Strong prioritisation and time management to align with team priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC literacy.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Initiate background checks through various third-party services and our internal systems.
• Communicate with companies, educational institutions, and professional bodies across the EMEA region by email and telephone.
• Process check results in accordance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and candidates to resolve process-related issues.
• Conduct analysis of candidates’ backgrounds.
• Review case files to ensure high-quality, accurate service.
• Respond to incoming emails, calls, and requests promptly.
• Operate in a GDPR & privacy-conscious manner; uphold data protection compliance.
