Job description

For our Client, international company, we are looking for an experienced manager to lead multiple teams within a complex financial services operations environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients and investors. The role combines people leadership, client relationship management, operational risk oversight and strong technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

lead and develop multiple teams through Team Leaders, setting strategic direction, priorities and performance expectations while maintaining overall accountability for operational delivery,

oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service quality, efficiency, accuracy and timely delivery in line with business objectives and agreed service levels,

build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a senior point of contact for complex matters and escalations,

ensure effective operational risk management, governance and internal controls, proactively identifying potential issues and driving appropriate solutions,

provide senior-level oversight and guidance on complex operational matters, supporting teams in decision-making and ensuring consistent and effective resolution,

drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and service transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders,

support business development and organisational growth by ensuring operational capabilities, resources and processes are aligned with evolving business needs.

Requirements:

5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a complex business or corporate environment,

previous experience in the financial services industry or in a role involving finance, accounting, financial operations or related responsibilities,

proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams, including experience managing multiple teams or working through team leaders,

good understanding of financial and business processes, with the ability to oversee operational activities and support effective decision-making,

experience in stakeholder management and building effective relationships with internal and external partners,

strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and handle challenging situations,

demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes and drive operational efficiency,

fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
