Job summary

Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection is recruiting an Intercompany Manager to lead a finance team, drive transitions, and push process improvements across entities in a global market. You will guide daily operations and coordinate cross‑functional activities with auditors and finance colleagues.

You will oversee KPI tracking, policy continuity, and collaboration with local teams while supporting the development of the GBS strategy from the finance perspective.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Team Leader or Team Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of intercompany processes is a strong asset.
• Experience with SAP, Blackline and Magnitude is a strong asset.
• Experience in transition projects and finance process improvements is a strong asset.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (B2+ level) and other European languages is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and provide substantive support.
• Handle people management activities: recruiting, goal setting, feedback, evaluations.
• Participate in automation and standardization projects.
• Manage daily workload for assigned entities.
• Supervise and coordinate intercompany processes.

For our international Client, which is a really recognizable and stable brand in market, we are looking for candidates for position of Intercompany Manager, who will be responsible for full scope of people management and transitions and project improvements in accounting area.

Responsibilities:

• manage a team and provide substantive support,
• activities related to people management: recruiting new talents, setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting employee evaluations ensuring further development of employees,
• participating in automation and standardization projects,
• managing daily workload for assigned entities,
• supervising and coordinating intercompany processes,
• taking care of KPIs, internal policy and process continuity,
• point of contact for auditors and stakeholders,
• support in the creation and realization of GBS strategy from finance side,
• close cooperation with other finance team and local team.

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience as Team Leader or Team Manager,
• advanced knowledge of intercompnay processes will be a huge asset,
• knowledge of SAP, Blackline and Magnitude will be a huge asset,
• experience in transition project will be a huge asset,
• experience in finance projects of improvement will be a huge asset,
