Job summary

Parimatch is looking for a systematic and autonomous Operations Lead to coordinate key business initiatives, brand launches, and expansion into new GEOs. You will bridge cross-functional teams and C-level management, ensuring transparency and successful strategy execution.

You will drive planning, budgeting, and process optimization while tracking KPIs and presenting results to top management. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on process improvements and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in IT; iGaming/FinTech background is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on track record building and optimizing business processes from scratch.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana or ClickUp.
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Scale the business by coordinating launches of new brands and expanding into new GEOs.
• Synchronize plans and budgets across departments, removing blockers and alignment gaps.
• Optimize internal processes through mapping, standardization, and automation.
• Track KPIs/OKRs, collect operational analytics, and build clear management reporting.
• Prepare structured presentations for top management and present results to the CEO.
