Job summary

sun.store in Poland is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. You’ll manage ERP data, coordinate transactions across purchasing, sales, logistics and finance, and help ensure accurate, on-time processing as we scale across Europe.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Procurement, resolve operational issues, and support ERP optimization. The role is hands-on, cross-functional, and requires proactive communication in English and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• experience in an operational, coordination or administrative role
• familiarity with ERP systems, especially enova365
• strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• accuracy and attention to detail
• ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally
• proactive and hands-on approach
• good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• manage and maintain operational data in our ERP system
• coordinate day-to-day operational transactions across purchasing, sales, logistics and finance
• monitor orders, transactions and settlements and make sure they are processed accurately and on time
• work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Procurement and external partners
• resolve operational issues and customer complaints
• identify data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions
• prepare operational reports and data summaries
• support the optimization of operational processes and ERP system usage
• ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards

Job description

At sun.store, you’ll work across different areas of our business, from orders and transactions to logistics, finance and procurement. You’ll be responsible for making sure operational processes run efficiently, data is accurate, and issues are resolved quickly.

This role is hands-on and cross-functional. You’ll work closely with different teams, use our ERP system on a daily basis, and have a real impact on improving the way we operate as we continue to scale across Europe.
