A global automotive solutions provider in Poland is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead digitalization projects and apply quality tools across its plants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or Technical field, with at least 3 years of operational Quality experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include managing quality tools and supporting continuous improvement. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office in Lublin.

On this position you will be responsible for Quality digitization, Quality Tools application in the plants in coordination with Regions and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead digitalization projects in area of Quality in coordination with Digital Manufacturing & IS teams;
• Application of the Quality Core tools in the plants in coordination with the regions and the continuous improvement activities at the business group level;
• Support the regional quality teams in deploying of new quality tools and organize the associated training courses;
• Survey and identify the needs for improvement of the operational Quality processes & tools to support the perfect execution of quality (traceability requirements, process control, reaction/escalation rules), in compliance with the customer expectations and with the industrial standards;
• Ensure the effective use of the quality core tools (e.g. FMEA, MSA, SPC, Weibull) in the manufacturing plants;
• Managing the continuous improvement mindset and process across the Business Group

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or Technical field;
• Minimum 3 years operational Quality or Industrial experience (automotive preferred);
• Experience with tools and systems: Exce/Intranet/simple databases/Visual Basic/Power BI/basic programming;
• Acumen in manufacturing environment;
• Proficiency with data management;
• Very good understanding of Quality and manufacturing Standards;
• Proficient in Quality tools and Customer Specific Requirements;
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode - 3 days from the office in Lublin
