SOFTSWISS is hiring an Operational Product Manager to join the Platform Product Team. You will help ensure effective collaboration within the product team, optimize operational processes, and support smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.

This role requires a proactive and organized product professional with a solid understanding of technology and product development processes. You will work closely with product stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for product

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product management, product operations, or a similar product-focused role.
• Experience with Casino Platform or iGaming products.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and the product development lifecycle.
• Good technical knowledge and can effectively communicate with Engineering and technical teams.
• Understanding how product, development, and operational processes work and interact with one another.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidence in coordinating communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Identify improvement opportunities and turn them into practical recommendations.
• Interest in product management, technology, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English and Russian languages.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Team in organizing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities
• Identify opportunities to improve product-related processes, workflows, and ways of working
• Contribute ideas and recommendations aimed at improving the product, user experience, and internal product operations
• Work closely with product stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between Product, Engineering, Operations, and other relevant teams
• Organize, prepare, and facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and working sessions
• Define meeting agendas, document key decisions, track action items, and follow up on agreed next steps
• Ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders regarding priorities, initiatives, dependencies, and deadlines
• Maintain and improve internal product documentation, process guidelines, and communication materials
• Support the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the Platform team
• Participate in discussions related to product enhancements, operational challenges, and team effectiveness
• Prepare summaries, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders when required
• Take ownership of additional strategic and operational tasks assigned by the Head of Platform

Casino Platform:

The SOFTSWISS Casino Platform is the core infrastructure operators rely on to launch, manage, and scale their online casino businesses.

You'll contribute to mission-critical systems covering account management, game operations, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance, in an environment where reliability, scalability, and business impact matter, working with people who build solutions operators depend on.

Purpose of the role:

You will play an important role in improving team efficiency, facilitating productive discussions, and contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of the platform product. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the product team, identify areas for improvement, and influence product-related decisions, processes, and ways of working.
