Job summary

Techland in Wroclaw is seeking a Level Designer to craft engaging open-world environments and gameplay experiences. You will implement and iterate levels, integrate AI and combat systems, and collaborate across art, programming, design, audio, and animation teams.

Strong passion for games, 3+ years in level design, and proficiency with major editors are required. English communication skills are essential for 협업 across studios.

Qualifications

• Passion for making games.
• At least 3 years of experience in level design or one published AAA project.
• Ability to design engaging game environments that are both fun and immersive.
• Proficiency with major editors (Unity, Unreal, RedKit, CryEngine, RoadHog) or Techland DevTools.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build gameplay locations, script, iterate, and optimize levels/quests in an open-world game.
• Work on Open-World systems such as population, encounters, and related mechanics.
• Collaborate with art, programming, design, audio, and animation teams.
• Test levels for bugs and gameplay issues; collect and apply feedback.
• Create and maintain level design documentation.
