Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to coordinate pre-onboarding for new hires across Poland and international teams. You’ll partner with IT, Administration, Health & Safety, and Payroll to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and deliver sessions in Polish and English.

Job Description Responsibilities

Coordinate the pre-onboarding process, including employment contracts, documentation, and system access, for new hires across Poland, the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Spain. Partner with IT, Administration, Health & Safety (H&S), and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Deliver onboarding sessions for new employees in both Polish and English. Prepare onboarding schedules, welcome materials, and induction resources. Identify and implement process improvements based on data insights and employee feedback.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within Onboarding, Employee Experience, or HR Operations.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills, including regular interaction with teams in Ireland, the UK, and the USA.
• Knowledge of employment law and employee documentation processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
