Job summary

DP World is seeking a Senior Manager Accounting to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for logistics operations across Poland, Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia. You will ensure accurate IFRS-based statements and uphold internal controls, governance, and compliance.

You will oversee balance sheet reconciliations, coordinate audits, support group consolidation, and drive process improvements including Oracle FCCS implementation and BI reporting to enhance decision-making across

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial accounting and statutory reporting within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, audits, balance sheet management, and governance.
• Experience with ERP and reporting platforms (Oracle, SAP, Oracle FCCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes for Logistics operations across Poland, Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia.
• Ensure preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Maintain internal controls and governance frameworks for financial compliance.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Partner with local and group finance teams to resolve intercompany balances and variances.
• Support group consolidation and alignment with corporate reporting requirements.
• Review financial reports, perform variance analysis, and identify corrective actions.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable aging and advise local teams on resolutions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities and support stakeholders across countries.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
• Lead and support Oracle FCCS implementation and optimization, including testing and issue resolution.
• Promote BI/reporting tool usage to improve finance workflows and decision-making.
• Support half-year and year-end reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
