Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support automated logistics facilities in Germany. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical failures, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring continuous operation of transport/storage systems.

Collaboration with operators and technical teams occurs during shifts at client sites. Candidates should have 3+ years in maintenance or industrial automation, experience with conveyors or similar installations, and

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems or similar installations.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Communicative knowledge of English or German for an international environment.
Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems
Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions
Ensuring continuous operation of material transport and storage systems
Analyzing failure causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
Collaborating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's facility
