Job summary

GoReel is seeking an On-Call Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. You will monitor and maintain system health, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

The role requires 6+ months in DevOps or system administration, knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, and strong communication skills. We offer a flexible work arrangement, international exposure, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• DevOps or system administration experience required (6+ months).
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Native Ukrainian speaker.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring high availability.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development and operations to optimize performance.
• Create and maintain incident response and maintenance documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
