Job summary

GoReel is seeking a motivated On-Call Site Reliability Engineer to maintain the health and performance of our systems, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response. You will work with a modern stack and collaborate with development and operations teams to keep services running smoothly.

The role requires 6+ months in DevOps or system administration, experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Grafana and related tools, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in DevOps or system administration.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Native Ukrainian speaker.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of systems; ensure high availability.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for incident response and maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and performance of our systems, ensuring high availability, and quickly responding to incidents. This role requires an understanding of our technical stack and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• 6+ months of experience in DevOps or system administrator;
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration;
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Native Ukrainian speaker.
