Job summary

Equinor is seeking an experienced CCR Operator for its offshore wind operation base in Łeba, Poland. You will monitor and remotely operate two wind farms, Baltyk 2 and 3, including 100 turbines and substations.

The role involves safety-focused operation, planning, and maintenance coordination within a hybrid competence centre with teams in Łeba, Gdansk, Warsaw, Oslo, and Stavanger. You will provide technical expertise across OT hardware and automation maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient

Qualifications

• Experience in operation technologies hardware and automation maintenance.
• Ability to identify operational risks and plan maintenance activities.
• Strong communication and coordination with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and training to minimize risk in Renewables.
• Operate and monitor SCADA/HMI/CCTV systems for offshore wind assets.
• Monitor weather and vessel movements to support safe operations.
• Liaise with Grid Engineers and issue Safety Documentation per Grid Code.
• Maintain operator logs and create work orders as required.
• Implement isolations (LOTO) and issue permits for maintenance activities.
• Dispatch plant operations and manage downtimes with operations groups.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions and report issues.
