Job summary

SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH in Poland seeks an experienced Cable Engineer (m/f/d) for Subsea Power Cables | Design & Installation to support major offshore wind development projects across Europe.

You will provide technical expertise for subsea power cable systems, review routing and installation methods, coordinate interfaces with offshore substations and wind turbines, and ensure compliance with international standards. Flexible remote work with project-related travel is offered.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or comparable technical discipline.
Solid experience with subsea power cable systems in offshore wind or large-scale transmission projects.
Knowledge of export/inter-array cables, routing, installation methods and cable protection systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise for subsea power cable systems across project phases.
Support engineering, design, review and coordination of export and inter-array cables.
Review cable routing studies, installation methodologies, specs and docs.
Coordinate interfaces between cable systems, offshore substations, wind turbines and onshore grid assets.
Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements.
Coordinate clarifications with contractors, suppliers and certification bodies; support reviews, FATs, installation, commissioning prep and risk assessments.
