Job summary

SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH in Poland is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) High Voltage Systems to support a major offshore wind development project in Northern Europe. You will join a dynamic, international team and contribute expert HV design and interface coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong knowledge of HV equipment and grid connections, plus the ability to review engineering documentation and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with HV focus.
• Solid offshore wind or large energy infra experience.
• Knowledge of HV substations and grid connection.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for high voltage systems throughout project development and execution.
• Review and coordinate HV electrical designs, specifications and technical documentation.
• Support engineering interfaces between substations, export cables and grid connection.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, client specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate technical clarifications with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support engineering reviews, FATs, commissioning preparation and technical risk assessments.
