Maersk Polska is seeking an Office Coordinator to manage full WAW office coordination and international information flow. You will professionally coordinate daily office operations and events, supporting international stakeholders with meetings and vendor-related finance tasks.
The role requires at least 3 years in a fast-paced administrative environment, a valid driving license B, and strong English and Polish communication. Proficiency in MS 365 Office is expected; SAP experience is a plus.
