We are a fast-growing tech company building AI solutions for the aviation industry. Our tools are used by major airlines and help reduce CO₂ emissions worldwide. Now we are looking for a reliable Office Assistant (Junior/Regular) to support our daily office operations.

Do you enjoy when things are well organized, tasks are finished on time, and processes work smoothly? If you like checklists, clear standards and predictable workflows, this role is for you.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow long-term in the Office Assistant role and feels comfortable in a support-focused position.

Your tasks
  • Office supplies, grocery shopping, keeping the office clean and organized
  • Coordinating office repairs, cooperation with building administration
  • Managing contract register, deadlines, document archiving (paper & digital), incoming mail
  • Verification of invoices and accounting documents, explaining missing or incorrect data
  • Booking cost transactions, bank transfers, basic financial support
  • Booking flights and hotels, settling travel expenses
  • Supporting company events, trainings, internal initiatives
  • Communication with employees, small internal projects
  • Operational support for management, typical assistant tasks
Our requirements
  • Office / admin experience (3+ years of experience – Regular level preferred)
  • Availability for full-time (3/5 possible), at least 3 days per week in the office
  • Driving license (cat. B), English B1/B2
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Logical and analytical thinking, accuracy, attention to detail
  • Flexible, reliable, helpful attitude
  • If you have less experience, but show the above skills and mindset, we are also open to a Junior profile
Nice to have
  • Experience with office system (e.g. bank, HR system, benefit platforms)
  • Interest in administration, finance or HR topics
  • References from a previous employer or university
Financial offer
  • CoE: 4 900 – 7 500 PLN gross
  • B2B: 6 000 – 9 200 PLN net + VAT
  • Civil contract is possible for students, we are open to discussing this option
