Job summary

Cargomind Group in Gdynia, Poland, seeks an Ocean Freight Forwarder to independently manage ocean shipments (FCL/LCL) for import/export. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, handle documentation, and communicate with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations from origin to destination.

The role requires English proficiency, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL) for import and export.
• Coordination of end-to-end logistics processes, including planning, handling, documentation and monitoring.
• Communication and negotiation with shipping lines, agents, terminals, partners and internal branches.
• Preparation and management of freight forwarding documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists).
• Monitoring of shipments and handling operational deviations; ensuring high service quality.

Independent handling of ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL) for import and export

Coordination of end-to-end logistics processes, including transportation planning, shipment handling, documentation, and monitoring shipment progress

Communication and negotiation with shipping lines, agents, terminals, partners, and internal branches in Poland and internationally

Preparation and management of freight forwarding documentation (e.g. B/L, invoices, packing lists) in line with applicable regulations

Monitoring of shipments and solution-oriented handling of operational deviations

Preparation of quotations and professional customer support, ensuring a high level of service quality and long‑term client relationships
