Ensure task management hygiene in project management tools and frameworks and alignment with programme-level reporting.
Prepare clear, concise status reports and steering committee materials — translating technical progress into plain language.
Support upward communication to programme sponsors and regional leadership.
Partner with the Change Management stream to ensure alignment between project delivery and organisational readiness activities.
Business Partner with Supply Planning leads to ensure effective tools and process adoption
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Strong planning and scheduling skills (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent)
Clear, structured communicator — able to prepare status reports and steering committee materials that translate technical progress into plain language.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — able to influence across Business functions, implementation partners, and leadership
