Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska in Wrocław seeks a seasoned Finance professional to lead and develop a Fixed Assets team within a Shared Service Center. You will prioritize daily accounting operations, monitor KPIs, and drive high-quality service delivery across international markets.

The role requires 4+ years in Finance & Accounting with at least 1 year in people management, plus strong knowledge of Fixed Assets, R2R/GL and AP processes, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within an SSC environment.
• At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience in Fixed Assets accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R/GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP or another ERP/accounting system.
• Very good command of English.
• Additional European language will be considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a Fixed Assets team of up to 5 specialists.
• Prioritizing and coordinating daily accounting operations within the assigned process area.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring achievement of KPIs and service targets.
• Driving high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Challenging and improving existing accounting processes to increase efficiency and standardization.
• Supporting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
• Participating in special projects and process transformation activities.
• Cooperating closely with the Associate Manager and other finance stakeholders.
• Building effective working relationships within the team and across the organization.
