Job summary

DEKRA Praca is creating a new GBS Centre in Wroclaw, Poland. We are seeking an Order to Cash Accountant to execute O2C processes, handle incoming payments, and participate in period end activities.

The role requires collaboration across finance, sales and other teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, 1–2 years in accounting, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• University graduates in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience desired but not required.
• Experience in O2C or Accounts Receivable operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Post transactions in ERP system and add-ons.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Policies, IFRS when needed, and local regulations.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate with finance, sales and other teams to resolve issues.
• Support transitions, migrations, and stabilization activities.
