Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an O2C Finance Transformation Manager with MS Dynamics 365 experience to lead finance process transformations and end-to-end O2C initiatives. You will work on implementation projects, provide industry best practices, and support client proposals.

Location in Poland will involve 2 days in office and 3 days remote. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and engage with clients to deliver value-driven

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and interpretation within finance transformation projects.
• End-to-end O2C process understanding and optimization experience.
• Experience with client engagement and proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support O2C finance process transformations ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Utilize MS Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and support transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to client proposals and RFP responses showcasing EY GDS Poland capabilities.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and manage risks and stakeholders.
