Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience in O2C or Finance with knowledge of customer service and process improvements.
• Experience with SAP O2C module, Business Warehouse or Business Objects, and MS Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Process manual orders received by phone, fax, and e-mail with priority given to urgent orders.
• Identify and resolve account discrepancies to enable timely payments.
• Support billing and collections processes and monitor aging to optimize collections.
• Analyze key KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant order processing.
