O2C (Billing) Accountant (Fixed term contract - 12 months)

About the role: The candidate will be part of the billing team and will be responsible for processing billing, performing account reconciliation and processing credit notes. The role is ideal for someone with 1‑2 years of finance experience who is detail‑oriented, ambitious and speaks English well.

What you’ll do
  • Processing Billing (manual and automated)
  • Perform Account Reconciliation on Invoicing
  • Prepare Invoice Related Report
  • Processing Credit Notes
  • Resolve Invoice related queries
  • Meet agreed KPIs – booking and query resolution in a timely and accurate manner
  • Month‑end close activities (postings, reporting)
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency in collaboration with the BPE team
  • Prepare complete, accurate and timely financial reports in line with corporate and statutory reporting and audit requirements
  • Comply with all statutory and corporate business reporting deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Document processes and procedures; prepare internal accounting/reporting manuals and instructions
  • Continuously improve corporate accounting processes, suggesting new solutions and accounting/reporting enhancements
  • Support the team in other accounting activities
What you’ll need
  • University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance
  • 1‑2 years of experience in finance
  • Fluent English speaking and writing
  • Good knowledge of MS tools
  • Knowledge of automation processes is an asset
  • Experience with ERP use
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multinational environment
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Sense of responsibility for individual and team work
  • Pro‑active approach and willingness to take on new challenges
