Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Project Engineering Manager to advance the AP1000 Poland project at the Lubiatowo-Kopalino site. You will oversee engineering budgets, schedules and staffing, guiding teams across Poland hubs while coordinating with clients and regulators.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 5+ years in complex projects and fluency in Polish and English, with hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technically oriented projects with programmatic, budgetary, and resource direction responsibilities.
• 15+ years of professional experience in engineering/technology-based industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Polish and English language.
• Familiarity with Poland Regulatory Body PAA and Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering Directors to implement standard work processes on AP1000 Poland Contracts.
• Provide direction to project leads and teams for contractual scope execution.
• Develop and distribute engineering budgets and schedules for Poland AP1000 contracts.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems.
• Guide continuous improvement plans and project expansion opportunities.
• Communicate with Polish client, regulatory bodies, and partners to support engagement.
• Manage schedule, budget, risk, and resources for complex projects.
