Job summary

BAT in Warsaw is seeking a Supply Chain Innovation Planning (SCIP) Executive to lead NPI/MCSP planning, drive cost reduction and ensure timely delivery. The role focuses on PIPO management, digital transformation with Power BI and related tools, and strengthening regional supply chain collaboration for faster time-to-market.

You will support process simplification, leverage agile concepts and work with ERP/planning systems to optimize performance across the end-to-end network.

Qualifications

1–3 years in Planning, Logistics or NPI with manufacturing or commercial exposure.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Excellent analytical and digital capabilities.
Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, metrics.
Proficiency in IWS, CI tools and agile concepts.
Experience with ERP/planning systems and NPI planning.

Responsibilities

Drive MCSP write-off cost reduction through timely reporting and mitigation.
Ensure MCSP PIPO processes and systems align with global operating model.
Support end-to-end planning to ensure speed to market, reliability and cost efficiency.
Build strong relationships across the integrated regional supply chain.
