Job summary

British American Tobacco POLAND is seeking a SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATION PLANNING MANAGER in WARSAW to drive new product introductions, from planning to first production, while improving speed, reliability and cost. You will oversee cross-functional collaboration and ensure readiness of systems and master data.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Planning, Logistics or NPI, experience with SAP/APO, Kinaxis, Power BI and strong Excel skills, plus a business management degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Planning, Logistics or NPI; Manufacturing/Commercial experience preferred.
• Broad Supply Chain process and metrics knowledge.
• Knowledge of NPI, product lifecycle, demand and inventory planning.
• Experience with SAP/APO, Kinaxis, Power BI and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross collaboration with different areas with the aim to deliver on time and in full the project pipeline for the category.
• Facilitate offline planning when needed.
• Track last production, NPI tests, and first production completion.
• Manage and mitigate Write-Offs across the category.
• Support EM Project Manager on systems and master data readiness.
• Oversee the completion of Supply Chain assessment before launch commitment, represent planning in project meetings, advise on supply activities, highlight risks, and support acceleration.
• Ensure processes, procedures, and systems follow the global operating model.
• Lead and upskill the team.
