Job summary

TestYantra Software Solutions in Krakow, Poland, is seeking a Software Developer to work on Node.js and Java projects in a hybrid, contract role (Inside IR35).

You will contribute to backend services with PostgreSQL, build modern web UIs using JavaScript/TypeScript, and design integrations and AI agent orchestration for internal platforms.

Strong English communication and collaboration across global teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering capability in Node.js and/or Java.
• Expertise with PostgreSQL including data modelling and query optimisation.
• Experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript web UI frameworks.
• Knowledge of agentic AI agents orchestration.
• Experience with integration patterns (MCP, tool/function calling, API design).
• Production engineering mindset: security, resilience, performance, observability, testing.
• Solution design and architecture for internal platforms and tooling.

• Strong software engineering capability in Node.js and/or Java
• Relational database expertise, particularly PostgreSQL (data modelling, query optimisation)
• Web UI development experience (modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks)
• Agentic application engineering knowledge, including orchestration of autonomous AI agents
• Integration pattern expertise (e.g., MCP, tool/function calling, API design)
• Production engineering mindset (security, resilience, performance, observability, automated testing)
