Job summary

HireHi ищет опытного технического лидера для разработки масштабируемых backend-сервисов с использованием Node.js, AWS и MongoDB. Вы будете возглавлять команду, определять направление и обеспечивать качество поставок на каждом этапе разработки.

Требуется 6+ лет разработки и 3–5 лет руководящего опыта, умение принимать технические решения, управлять несколькими потоками работ и взаимодействовать с Product Managers для доведения фич до релиза.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет hands-on разработки ПО.
• 3–5 лет руководящей роли/Team Lead.
• Глубокий опыт с Node.js и современными бекенд-технологиями.
• Опыт работы с AWS и MongoDB.
• Опыт проектирования масштабируемых и надежных систем.

Responsibilities

• Руководить командой через несколько рабочих направлений и обеспечивать высокое качество поставок на каждом спринте.
• Приоритизация задач, планирование возможностей и согласование целей спринтов.
• Координация с другими командами, устранение блокировок и управление зависимостями.
• Совершенствование скорости команды и компетенций через обучение и фидбек.
• Участие в проектировании масштабируемых, надежных бэкэнд-функций и сервисов.

The company is building cybersecurity solutions for the AI era, focusing on scalable, reliable, high-quality products.

Задачи:

• Lead the team across multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery every sprint


• Own prioritization, capacity planning, and alignment on sprint goals


• Coordinate with other teams, remove blockers, and manage dependencies


• Develop team velocity and capabilities through coaching, feedback, and gap identification


• Lead the design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable features


• Lead high-scale, cloud-based development using Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB


• Conduct code reviews and promote architecture, performance, and engineering best practices


• Work with Product Managers to shape features from concept through release


• Join technical customer sessions to address requirements, challenges, and integrations


• Act as the technical lead for the domain and liaise with Customer Success


• Drive technical decisions on product improvements and new capabilities

Требования:

• 6+ Years of hands-on software development experience


• 3–5 Years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role


• Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js


• Strong experience with AWS


• Experience working with MongoDB
  
• Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems


• Proven experience managing technical execution across multiple workstreams


• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, and clean code principles


• Experience delivering end-to-end features and projects from design through production


• Experience working in a fast-paced product environment


• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions independently


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience leading or collaborating with global or distributed teams


• Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Experience participating in customer-facing technical discussions


• Experience with software development and engineering productivity, developer experience, automated testing, technical prototyping, development workflows and internal processes, and system performance and scalability


• Nice to have: React, Python
