Job summary

OX Security ищет лидера команды разработки с опытом в Node.js и AWS для обеспечения скорости поставки и качества продуктов. Ваша роль — вести работу над несколькими фреймами, управлять спринтами, устранять блокеры и помогать развитию команды, включая внедрение AI-описанных практик в ежедневный цикл разработки.

Кандидат должен иметь проверенный опыт руководства и коммуникации со стейкхолдерами, а также способность работать в глобальном контексте и участвовать в техническом диалоге с клиентами.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет практической разработки; 3–5 лет на лидерской роли.
• Глубокие знания Node.js и опыт работы с AWS.
• Опыт внедрения AI технологий для повышения эффективности разработки.

Responsibilities

• Руководить выполнением задач команды по нескольким направлениям и обеспечивать высокое качество спринтов.
• Владеть процессом планирования спринтов и координировать зависимosti с другими отделами.
• Помогать росту команды через наставничество, выявление пробелов и развитие навыков.
• Разрабатывать технические дизайны фич, обеспечивая масштабируемость и надёжность.
• Участвовать в обзорeх кода, работать с AWS и MongoDB, взаимодействовать с Product Managers и заказчиками.

Описание:

OX Security secures the AI-driven software development lifecycle from prompt to production. Its platform unifies development and cloud context to prevent vulnerabilities from AI code generation through cloud runtime, embedding real-time protection into AI editors and IDEs.

Задачи:

• Lead the team’s execution across several workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery in every sprint
• Own the Sprint Planning process
• Coordinate with other departments to remove blockers and support cross-team dependencies
• Improve team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and identifying skill gaps
• Own the technical design of team features and ensure they are scalable, reliable, and clean
• Contribute to high-scale, cloud-based development using AWS and MongoDB, and conduct code reviews
• Work with Product Managers to shape features from initial concept through production
• Participate in technical sessions with customers
• Lead domain-related discussions and own communication with internal Customer Success teammates
• Lead discussions and technical decisions related to planning enhancements and new features
• Integrate AI tools and workflows into the daily development lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping
• Drive a culture where speed does not sacrifice stability and ensure the team uses effective modern tools

Требования:

• 6+ Years of hands-on development experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS
• Early adoption of AI technologies and interest in using AI to improve developer experience and system performance
• Proven track record of managing project execution and delivering end-to-end features in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a global team and communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
