Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Node.js Developer to join our engineering team in Gdańsk. You will design and build backend services in Node.js/TypeScript, create REST and GraphQL APIs, and develop serverless solutions on AWS for a large-scale cloud-native SaaS platform.

The role requires at least 5 years of Node.js experience, hands-on AWS serverless, and strong multi-tenant SaaS design skills. On-site collaboration is expected three days a week; fluent Polish and residence in Poland are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Node.js development in distributed systems.
• Expertise with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless architecture.
• Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• On-site work in Gdańsk 3 days a week and Polish fluency required.

We are building a large-scale, cloud-native SaaS platform and are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer to join our engineering team. If you enjoy designing distributed systems, working with modern serverless technologies, and solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you.

Your tasks

• Design and build backend services in Node.js/TypeScript
• Create and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs

• Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team on-site

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Node.js Developer
• Experience in building large-scale distributed systems
• Very good knowledge of TypeScript/Node.js
• Hands‑on experience with AWS serverless architecture
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and account isolation patterns
• Ability to design APIs (REST + GraphQL)
• Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk (working from the office 3 days a week)
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
