Job summary

Sharp Business Systems France is seeking a Network Operations and Cybersecurity specialist to join our Managed Response Center. You will respond to alerts, monitor security tools, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to protect business operations.

The role emphasizes threat detection, incident documentation, and remediation support, with growth opportunities in security frameworks and ATT&CK-based defense. Polish operations and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing & switching.
• Experience with security tools (EDR, IDS/IPS, SIEMs).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS frameworks.
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to network alerts, outages, and performance issues.
• Monitor security tools and investigate threats.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Document incidents and assist in remediation.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and attacker tactics.
