Job summary

You will support ticket triage, event correlation, and incident response within a hybrid work model. This role emphasizes threat detection and secure operations across our enterprise footprint. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in cybersecurity, familiarity with SIEM/SOAR and EDR, and a degree in MIS/CS or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or related IT field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in cybersecurity operations, incident management, and security monitoring.
• Experience with NIST/SANS incident frameworks and event triage.
• Proficient in SOAR, SIEM, and EDR/ETDR solutions.
• Strong scripting ability (Python or PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Support ticket triage and incident response within a global SOC.
• Perform event correlation and monitor security alerts.
• Lead investigations and coordinate across teams in a hybrid work model.
• Contribute to threat detection, playbooks, and incident response improvements.
• Supervise security operations across enterprise systems.
