Job summary

AUTODOC in Szczecin is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to drive warehouse operations, ensure KPI-aligned performance, and maintain safety on the floor. You will lead teams, manage resources, and collaborate with Quality and Planning to keep workflows smooth while others sleep.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, strong leadership, Polish and English fluency, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS/ERP systems; night-shift availability and a logistics degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effective team management.
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and practical familiarity with WMS or ERP systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts within a shift-based operational schedule.
• Fluent Polish and communicative English skills.
• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in e-commerce or fast-paced distribution centers.
• Proven experience directly managing larger teams of 20+ employees.
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian language.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse teams during day shifts to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Allocate and deploy personnel according to needs and workflow demands.
• Supervise task execution in line with KPIs and procedures.
• Monitor data and ensure high levels of system accuracy using AWS or an equivalent WMS.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Quality and Planning teams to maintain workflow.
• Oversee the returns process per company standards.
• Provide hands-on support on the warehouse floor when issues arise.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.
