Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a hands-on operations leader for our Szczecin/CZ hub network. You will own warehouse outbound performance, spend significant time on the shopfloor, and drive data-informed improvements across operations, data, product, and tech teams.

Fluent English required; Polish or Czech fluency depends on primary location. This role offers flexible hours, company-wide benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing, European e-commerce leader.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound and cycle time optimization.
• Data-driven mindset: identify trends, test hypotheses, translate numbers to shopfloor actions.
• Practical Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma mindset focused on real improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with shopfloor teams while communicating with Data, Product and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse performance: safety, quality, speed, productivity, and cost with focus on efficiency.
• Be on the shopfloor: observe processes and work with operations teams to understand drivers of performance.
• Connect data with reality: use KPIs to identify bottlenecks and root causes behind delays.
• Challenge assumptions: help Operations focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Frame problems, baseline, and quantify impact before building solutions.
• Design practical changes: translate issues into workflow, layout, and system improvements.
• Test and iterate: pilot in live operation, measure results, gather feedback, refine.
• Drive execution: turn opportunities into initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Partner with Operations: equip teams with tools and data and maintain high standards.
• Define and document SOPs and drive standards across warehouses.
