Job summary

Spring Health is hiring independently licensed mental health professionals to join our Care Navigation team. The role involves after-hours clinical support, crisis assessment, and coordination with Spring Health providers and external resources.

We require LCSW/LMFT/LPC or licensed psychologist credentials and 2+ years of direct clinical care. This remote position supports shifts with a strong emphasis on safety and high-quality member care.

Qualifications

• LCSW/LMFT/LPC or licensed psychologist required.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Crisis assessment and safety planning expertise.
• Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.
• Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support via clinical phone queue.
• Use active listening and motivational interviewing to engage members.
• Assess risks and provide crisis support and safety planning.
• Coordinate referrals to Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, or external resources.
• Provide after-hours support to members and leadership teams.
• Complete professional documentation and email communications.
