Zusammenfassung

Spring Health is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join the Care Navigation team and support members with mood and anxiety disorders. This is a full-time, fully remote position with MT or PT-friendly hours.

You will perform initial assessments, provide coaching and referrals, and coordinate ongoing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. A strong background in DBT and motivational interviewing is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed clinicians with independent practice credentials (LCSW/LMFT/LPC).
• Experience with mood and anxiety disorders and evidence-based treatments (DBT preferred).
• Ability to coordinate care and refer to appropriate services.

Aufgaben

• Telephonic screening and referral of members to mood/anxiety treatment providers.
• Provide coaching, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate care and referrals with Spring Health providers.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in EHR systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless member experience.
