A&O Hotels and Hostels Holding AG in Warszawa is seeking enrolled university students for a permanent, part-time role at the hostel reception. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, guest care, and bar duties while enjoying a casual dress code and daily meals.

The position offers flexible shifts, a 75% discount on private stays, language courses, trainings, and mental health support. You must be officially enrolled with a valid certificate, and English and Polish at B2/C1 are required;

Qualificações

• You are officially enrolled at university and have a valid enrolment certificate.
• You enjoy dealing with guests.
• Able to work independently, highly committed and a team player.
• English and Polish language skills on B2/C1 level are mandatory - Russian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• You organize and coordinate work processes at the reception desk.
• Your main responsibilities are check-in and check-out of the guests.
• Caring for our guests also is part of your daily tasks.
• At the bar you prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.
• You maintain contact with our guests.
• You will also ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area.
