Job summary

Abbott in Poland is seeking a Territory Manager to drive Neuromodulation sales across Mazovian and Łódzkie regions. You will acquire new customers, build the Neuromodulation business, and train customers on Abbott products during implants and follow-ups.

The role requires hospital environment experience, strong English and Polish, travel flexibility, and capability to develop account plans and provide technical support across the territory.

Qualifications

• Education in medical or technical/economic environment.
• First experience within implantable Medical Devices, Technical Support and/or Sales.
• Flexibility to travel within Poland and do a mixture of Sales Tasks and Technical Support to get trained and prepared for future growing sales responsibility.
• Experience in working in a hospital environment.
• Experience in selling & negotiations.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the dynamics of the local market and competitors’ strategies within the Accounts of the assigned territory.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant therapies, Abbott products, clinical practices, regulatory requirements, quality standards and business policies.
• Provide technical support and assistance to physicians for implants and follow-ups across the territory.
• Develop and implement Account Plans to achieve sales revenues.
• Regularly check and report on inventory stock of the territory.
• Conduct product presentations and stand duties at exhibitions when requested.
• Maintain territory records and provide reports and forecasts when requested.
• Train on the application of new products.
• Prepare price quotations and tender price offers.
• Assist marketing team in identifying potential new products or business development opportunities.
• Assist customers during clinical education courses organized abroad.
