Job summary

ITConnect seeks a seasoned IT Programme/Project Manager to be the main interface between the DORA MSI Network Segmentation programme and Application Owners, Providers, and Teams in Poland. You will drive stakeholder engagement, align objectives, and oversee segmentation design and implementation across multiple applications and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, cyber security programmes, or infrastructure transformation.
• Experience with network segmentation, firewalls, and security principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the DORA MSI Network Segmentation programme and Application Owners, Providers, and Teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment for adoption and implementation of segmentation controls.
• Communicate regulatory requirements, objectives, timelines, and business outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate analysis of application flows and connectivity for segmentation design.
• Facilitate workshops to validate connectivity, requirements, and readiness.
• Collaborate with Network Engineers, Security Architects, and Infrastructure Teams to define segmentation solutions.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance; escalate blockers.
• Prepare and review SDDs, firewall changes, segmentation rulesets, and governance artefacts.
• Provide status reporting to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
