Job summary

Orange en Pologne recrute un opérateur SOC junior pour valider et résoudre des incidents de sécurité réseau dans un environnement international. Vous analyzerez les flux et les logs, gérerez les alertes et contribuerez à des projets internationaux avec une formation continue et un cadre hybride.

Le poste exige une expérience Security Operations et des certificats pertinents; le travail se fait en rotation 24/7 après une période d’intégration. Poste à pourvoir en CDI avec avantages attractifs.

Qualifications

• Expérience ≥1 an dans les opérations de sécurité.
• Connaissance TCP/IP, VLAN, routage, NAT, VPN et DNS.
• Expérience pratique avec des technologies de firewall (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA).
• Compréhension de l’analyse de flux et de l’interprétation de logs.
• Formation technique IT (ou étudiant en cours).
• Anglais suffisant pour communiquer librement.
• Certifications: Fortinet NSE/FCP, Palo Alto PCCET/PCNSA, CCNA/CCNP souhaitables.
• Expérience dans la gestion d’incidents réseau.

Responsibilities

• Valider techniquement les alertes firewall, VPN, proxy et réseau.
• Posséder et résoudre les incidents de sécurité de bout en bout.
• Analyser les flux, règles NAT, routage et impacts de politiques.
• Diagnostiquer les blocages firewall, IPS, tunnels VPN et routage.
• Mettre en œuvre des modifications de règles firewall conformes à l’approbation.
• Collaborer dans un environnement international.
• Travailler en shifts 8 heures en rotation 24/7 après onboarding.

Your resposibilites:

• Perform technical validation of firewall, VPN, proxy, and network security alerts
• Own and resolve network security incidents end-to-end
• Analyze traffic flows, NAT rules, routing behavior, and policy impacts
• Troubleshoot firewall drops, IPS blocks, VPN tunnel failures, and routing issues
• Implement standard and pre-approved firewall rule changes following risk validation.
• Cooperation in an international environment
• Working in 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 rotation (after onboarding period)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in Security Operations
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, NAT, VPN, DNS
• Hands-on experience with firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA)
• Understanding of network flow analysis and log interpretation
• Technical, IT or related education (including current students)
• Knowledge of English in a degree allowing free communication
• Certificates: Fortinet NSE/FCP, Palo Alto PCCET or PCNSA, CCNA/CCNP (nice to have)
• Experience with handling network incidents
