Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and enhance enterprise network services across LAN, WAN and WLAN, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity.

You will collaborate with international teams, address complex issues, support modernization initiatives, and grow in cybersecurity and network consulting practices within a global Capgemini environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
• Strong routing, switching, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex network issues.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and network security best practices (ISO 27001, NIST CSF or equivalent).
• Interest in cybersecurity and secure network design.
• Consultative, proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Strong collaboration and communication with diverse teams.

Your role

As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing enterprise network services across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. You will help ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity, solve complex technical challenges, support modernization initiatives, and work closely with international teams to deliver business value through robust and resilient network solutions.

Your profile

• You have 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
• You have a strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network fundamentals.
• You have hands-on experience troubleshooting complex network issues.
• You have experience working in a service-driven environment with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• You are familiar with cybersecurity and network security best practices, including frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar industry standards.
• You have an interest in cybersecurity and secure network design.
• You bring a consultative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset and can translate technical solutions into business value.
• You demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills when working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
