Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and improve network segments across factory production lines, datacentre, public clouds, and office sites. You will operate Cisco SD-Access, Palo Alto NGFW, and Cisco IE switches on the production floor.

You will report to the Senior IT Manager and collaborate with OT and Automation engineers to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable network that supports Lyten’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Experience with incident and change management.
• 2–3 years in networking, focusing on Cisco devices.
• Knowledge of IP routing, switching, WAN, firewall and related IT infra.
• Familiar with Industrial Ethernet or deterministic Ethernet protocols.
• Basic knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud networks.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Git, Terraform, Python).
• Experience with wireless networks (Cisco) a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and improve network segments across factory production lines, data centre, public clouds, and office sites.
• Operate Cisco SD-Access, Palo Alto NGFW, and Cisco IE switches as backbone of IT/OT networks.
• Own the network monitoring and observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus) and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
