Job description

Lyten is leading an industrial revolution through Lyten 3D Graphene™, a breakthrough supermaterial unlocking a new generation of products - from lithium-sulfur batteries and energy storage systems to concrete admixtures, lightweight composites, and next-generation sensors that are revolutionizing industries. Together, these innovations are making a massive global improvement and driving real-world impact across energy, mobility, construction, and defense.

At Lyten, we believe the most meaningful careers begin with purpose - and with people who want to make a difference. We're not just developing advanced supermaterials - we're about to change the world as we know it, reshaping how energy is stored, how products are built, and how progress is made.

We're entering an exciting growth phase, scaling production across the U.S. and Europe and expanding our team of engineers, scientists, and innovators.

As a Network Engineer at Lyten Poland you will get the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art enterprise networking, datacentre and cloud networking, as well as industrial OT networks on the production floor of Europe's largest Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing facility. • You will operate Cisco SD-Access ( Catalyst Center , ISE, and Fabric) and Palo Alto NGFW as the foundation of our enterprise and security architecture, and Cisco Industrial Ethernet (IE) switches as the backbone of our production-floor (OT) networks.
  • own the network monitoring and observability stack based on Grafana and Prometheus - defining the dashboards, alerts, log pipelines, and telemetry that keep both IT and OT operations visible and healthy - and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis when incidents happen.

You will report directly to the Senior IT Manager.

Required experience and skills
  • At least a bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Certified in CCNA or any equivalent certificate in network industry
  • Experience in incident and change management principles and best practices
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in networking , focusing on CIsco devices

  • Familiar with Industrial Ethernet or any deterministic Ethernet protocols
  • Basic knowledge of AWS/Azure Cloud networks
  • Basic knowledge of GIT, Terraform and Python
  • Experience with wireless networks, preferably Cisco wireless
  • Knowledge of network hardware and software technologies and best practice
  • Basic knowledge about network firewalls, preferably PaloAlto
  • Familiarity with incident and change management principles and best practices.
  • Fluent English written and oral skills.
Preferred but not required skills
  • Experience in large scale network monitoring, automation, and testing
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments with IT/OT convergence (Purdue model).
  • Adequate knowledge about Software defined networking SDN, preferably Cisco ACI
  • Experience with Cisco Hyperconverged solution
  • Familiar with datacentre network topologies
  • Hands‑on experience with Cisco ISE
  • Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama
