Hitachi Energy Poland SP. Z O.O. in Łódź is seeking a .NET Developer to drive innovation in our software teams. You will develop desktop and web applications using .NET 8 and collaborate with global experts to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

This role requires 3+ years in .NET, strong English, Agile/Scrum, and a degree in CS. Regular office presence is required as part of a hybrid model; remote work is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with .NET 6/8/10 and/or .NET Framework 4.8.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software solutions (Desktop + Web) using .NET 8 (C#, WPF, Blazor, ASP.NET Core).
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Domain Experts, other Development Teams, and the Software Architect.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure progress.
