Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. is seeking a .NET Developer in Łódź to drive software solutions for power grid projects. You will work with global teams on Desktop and Web applications using .NET 8+/ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and WPF MVVM.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong English communication, and an Agile mindset. Hybrid work in Łódź with regular office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development using .NET 6/8/10 or .NET Framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software (Desktop + Web) using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Domain Experts, and teams; participate in stand-ups and sprints.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality.
