Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Backend Developer to join a project where AI coding agents and Agentic AI workflows support software development. You will guide AI agents, review and improve AI-generated code, and maintain a clean backend architecture.

This role focuses on solving technical problems requiring human engineering expertise and close collaboration with AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with AI as part of the software development process — giving agents the right instructions and reviewing outputs.

This is not a traditional development role where you are expected to write every line of code from scratch. Instead, you will work with AI agents to build backend solutions based on User Stories and business requirements.

Your role will focus on guiding AI agents, reviewing and improving AI-generated code, maintaining a clean backend architecture, and solving technical problems that require human engineering expertise.

AI Experience is Key

Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and Agentic AI workflows will be a key part of this role.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with tools such as:

• Claude Code
• OpenAI Codex
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Other AI-powered coding agents and development tools

We are looking for someone who understands how to effectively work with AI as part of the software development process — from giving agents the right instructions and reviewing their output to identifying incorrect implementations and making the necessary corrections.
