Job summary

MSX International is seeking an Automotive Diagnostics Technician to diagnose complex issues and support dealers across the network. The role emphasizes rapid problem resolution and delivering clear repair instructions.

You will collaborate with workshop technicians and manufacturers, leveraging hands-on experience in a dealership or workshop. Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is required, with strong communication and initiative.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer (aftersales retail experience is an advantage).
• Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese (or any combination).
• Experience with a high-performing, collaborative peer group is a plus.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail and a proactive personality.
• Personal qualities of integrity and strong time management with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis of complex technical issues and support the dealer network with quick repair instructions.
• Work closely with workshop technicians and dealers; act as interface between manufacturer and dealers.
• Support development of solutions for entire product range and provide guidance to technicians.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues.
