Job summary

Engenious is seeking a MuleSoft & Salesforce Developer to join a long-term project for a global client. Start: January, with the possibility of an earlier onboarding. The contract is B2B.

The project involves developing and maintaining an Installed Base Management platform, integrating Salesforce and SAP, and delivering BI reports. You will work on data centralization, lifecycle tracking, and service history to support sales and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Data Centralization: single source of truth for technical details, customer data and locations of installed products.
• Lifecycle Tracking: monitoring products from initial installation through active usage to final dismantling.
• Service History Management: tracking service events, planning maintenance schedules and identifying new service opportunities.
• Business Intelligence: developing and maintaining analytics tools, reports, dynamic dashboards and drill-down functionality.
• Enterprise Integrations: ensuring data flow between the platform and core enterprise systems, including Salesforce and SAP.

Project Overview

The project involves the development and maintenance of a comprehensive Installed Base Management platform for a global enterprise client. The system is used internally on a global scale to support sales and service by providing end-to-end product lifecycle information.

By combining core database information with financial, customer and sales data, the platform supports service growth and enables proactive service offerings. It also helps improve customer satisfaction and provides feedback to product and system engineering teams.
